Burberry dresses Barbie

The English luxury fashion brand, Burberry, is to enter the fashion halls of fame in an unusual tie up with one of the worlds favourite blondes.Burberry has teamed up with Mattel to produce a Barbie doll dressed head to toe in its famous beige check.The recently relaunched Burberry has thrown off its dusty, old-fashioned image to become one of the worlds hottest labels, complete with a glossy ad campaign fronted by Kate Moss.The limited edition Burberry Barbie will sell for about £55 and is expected to become an instant hit with collectors.The plastic princess will wear a classic Burberry double-breasted trench coat with the labels signature plaid lining. Underneath the coat she will wear a black jumper and a Burberry check kilt.Accessories include a plaid scarf with red lining, a plaid messenger bag and shoes black shoes.Lisa Gaudio, Mattel vice-president for Barbie Collectibles, said
